Something That’s Kicking A** Right Now


If you’ve been following up with my blog posts, you’ll know that I have decided to start a 30 day writing challenge (challenge provided at the bottom of this post). This is the twenty-seventh post of the 30 from that challenge, all in hopes to get me back into my writing. Wish me luck!


Day 27: Conversely, write about something that’s kicking ass right now

I don’t have much that’s currently kicking my ass now, because usually it’s school. I’m done taking all my prerequisites for Nursing school and I already have my A.A. in Nursing, so I don’t need to take anymore classes until I start Nursing school, hopefully sometime in 2020. However, I would say working out at the gym has been kicking my ass lately. I’ve been less consistent with my days, since recently switching to going only 3-4 days a week. I missed a few chances to go here and there for the past couple weeks. Now when I go, I get pretty sore afterwards, as one does when starting to work out a new exercise. I also am a little weaker than before when I was going more consistently and more often; my weights for some of my lifts have gone down. It is something that I have to work hard with for awhile to get back on track to where I was before, but it shouldn’t be too much.
